Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort and Towers spreads cheer through fund raising campaign

The Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort and Towers, in partnership with Rashid Paediatric Therapy Centre, raised a total of Dhs33,990 during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

The initiative was made possible through the tremendous support of every hotel guest who willingly donated a Dhs5 cover charge, when they sampled the hotel's Ramadan tent and promotions.

On October 23, 2008, the Management of the Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort & Towers represented by its' General Manager, Mr. Sascha Bartz presented the cheque amounting to a total sum of Dhs33,990 to Mrs. Janette Graham, the Head Teacher of Rashid Paediatric Centre.

"This initiative forms part of the hotel's on-going community campaigns to assist and create awareness for the less privileged. It is our way of giving back to the society we serve in,"

said Mr. Bartz when he was asked to comment about the event.
