Architect from Munich University showcases his international projects at Ajman University

German architect Peter Ebner, head of the department of housing in the Faculty of Architecture at Munich University of Technology (MUT), visited the College of Engineering at Ajman University of Science and Technology (AUST).

During his visit, Mr. Ebner delivered a lecture to students and faculty members, showcasing his designs of international architectural projects that have been implemented in a number of countries including Japan, Russia, the United States, Austria and Mexico.

He also explained the way in which he customizes his architectural style to adapt it to local cultures and environments, and expressed his willingness to apply the same practice in the UAE.

Professor Fahr Hayati, Dean of the AUST College of Engineering, discussed with Mr. Ebner ways in which AUST and MUT could cooperate so as to enrich methods of architecture teaching.

Mr. Ebner suggested that AUST students could visit MUT to view the architectural masterpieces of Bavaria and see the work carried out by architecture students at the university.

Professor Hayati also proposed an exchange of students with German institutions.
