- United Arab Emirates: Sunday, January 12 - 2003 at 12:16
- PRESS RELEASE
U.S.Robotics, the world's number one manufacturer of internet connectivity solutions for the small to medium businesses and home markets, today announced its new partner incentive program - 'Go for Gold' for the 1st quarter of year 2003.
"In addition to product quality and ease of use, the reason for our success has been the close knit relationships that we enjoy with our partners in the Middle East region, and their efforts and dedication in promoting and supporting our brand," said Yusuf Syed, U.S.Robotics' Regional sales manager in the Middle East. "Thus, it is important for us to show our appreciation to every individual in our channel, and keep on adding value to our legitimate partners, to allow them to sell all our range of products while keeping away from the gray market"
The U.S.Robotics annual partner event will be held in Limassol, Cyprus, from the 11th to the 13th of January. Its prime objective is to reward the year's best distributor, best sales person (distribution) and best reseller.
The 'USR - Go for Gold Promotion ' for Quarter 1 of 2003, is aimed at distributor sales staff, reseller sales staff and product managers. A trip to Cyprus will be offered to the top three U.S. Robotics distributor sales persons in the UAE and KSA, based on top revenue achievement while qualifying with at a minimum level. Other performers will be rewarded by gold, the weight of which will be directly related to their sales performance. The same incentive with the above qualifying revenue factors will be given to reseller sales people in the UAE, KSA and Kuwait. U.S.Robotics's top three product managers are also offered a trip to Cyprus.
"The "Go For Gold" promotion has been a regular part of our 1st Quarter's partner program for a while now," continued Syed, "and it has yielded brilliant results, not only in rewarding top performers but also in promoting a friendly competitive spirit within the channel. Our business in this region has been growing steadily since we opened our Middle East office, and we want our partners to share in the results of this success with us"
