- PRESS RELEASE
The rate of childhood obesity in the Middle East has risen rapidly.
And from all indications, this condition is expected to rise in the coming years.
To stop this growing menace, IN MOTION, a newly established Dubai company specializing in health and fitness routine launches a new form of edutainment (coined from "educational entertainment") for kids and parents.
IN MOTION accomplishes this by coming up with the first of its kind Exergame Fitness Club that consist of the latest exergaming (blend of "exercise and gaming") equipment along with an integrated educational curriculum that teaches practical strategies to improve physical activity and eating habits.
By doing so, today's problem on inactivity among the youth, which eventually leads to obesity, is properly taken care of. Special bonding moments with parents and children will also be enhanced because exergaming equipment for adults will also be available.
Aside from the IN MOTION Club, the company will also establish satellite health clubs in public areas but with limited equipment. IN MOTION will also be involved in the distribution of Exergames and other fitness equipment for kids in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
With these turn of developments, it only proves that IN MOTION is serious in helping the Middle East region curb obesity among children and growing teens.
To get a better view of IN MOTION and its interactive exergames equipment, visit our stall in the 1st Dubai World Gaming Expo at the Dubai International Exhibition & Convention Center Stand 1107 from October 28 - 30 from 10 am to 18 pm.
