Alpha Data seizes expanding managed services market in UAE using Kaseya

By using Kaseya to offer remote, automated IT management and support services, Alpha Data has already reduced visits to client sites by 85% and expects to grow its managed services customer base by as much as 50% in the next six months, without having to hire additional employees.
