Shaikh Holdings' Sanctuary Falls project wins six CNBC Arabian Property Awards

For the second consecutive year, Shaikh Holdings' flagship Sanctuary Falls development has been judged 'Best Golf Development'.

Sanctuary Falls was also named the winner in a further five categories including:- 'Best Development'; 'Best Architecture'; 'Best Interior Design'; 'Best Property' and 'Best Property Marketing'.

The award-winning project, currently being developed within Jumeirah Golf Estates, aims to create a new benchmark in community living by being the first resort-style residential golf community in the UAE.

Speaking at the awards, Zeeshan Shaikh, Chief Marketing Officer at Shaikh Holdings said:

The annual CNBC Arabian Property Awards, the regional segment of the International Property Awards, recognise excellence in a range of areas related to the highly competitive property market in the region.

The coveted International Property Awards are the most prestigious in the world, and Shaikh Holdings' Sanctuary Falls Development is now in the running for 'Best Golf Development' and 'Best Property Marketing' for the 2008 Awards, the winners of which are to be announced at a gala dinner on 7th November in Orlando, Florida.
