New challenge for chefs now in Bahrain

HOTEC (Hospitality Technology Consulting) management "Chef Master - The art of cuisine" starting 16th of November till 19th November 2008.

"Chef Master" is attracting many professional chefs in Bahrain to take part in a live competition that is to be held under the patronage of The Ministry of Health and has the support of The Ministry of Tourism.

Mr. Elie Reaidy, Director of HOTEC and creator of the Chef Master challenge said,
"This challenge aims to bring professional chefs in Bahrain to compete skillfully to gain the title of 'Chef Master'."


He added, "Each chef will be asked to prepare an appetizer and a main course within 45 minutes. We hope that this competition will prove the quality of hospitality in Bahrain and attract more of these events to the region."

The competition is open to all professional Chefs in Bahrain. The event that is considered to be the first of its kind to be held in the Kingdom, will showcase the talent and hospitality that can be found on this island.
