Aqaar and Accor to open new hotel

Ajman-based Aqaar real estate and property development company has signed up with French hotel group Accor Hospitality to manage a business hotel under the company's Novotel brand. The four-star Novotel Hotel forms part of Phase II of Aqaar's "Ajman 1" development, which is a residential, commercial and hospitality complex scheduled for completion in 2011. The hotel will comprise of 200 rooms with 70 serviced apartments and a variety of facilities, including restaurants, a wellness retreat, a conference centre and swimming pool.
