Batelco is platinum sponsor of the Fourth Regional Conference on Medical Journals in the Eastern Mediterranean

Batelco General Manager Corporate Affairs Nadia Hussain has extended Batelco's support for the Fourth Regional Conference on Medical Journals in the Eastern Mediterranean (4th EMMJ Conf.) due to be held in the Kingdom of Bahrain 5-7 November 2008.
Dr. Jamal and Dr. Al-Nasir expressed their gratitude for the support of HE Shaikh Hamad Bin Abdulla Al-Khalifa, Chairman of Batelco Board of Directors.
At the meeting, Mrs. Hussain handed Batelco's sponsorship cheque for BD20,000 (BD Twenty Thousand) to Dr. Jamal and the organizing committee delegate.
The meeting was also attended by Dr. Iftekhar Mukhtar, member JBMS Board of Editors and member of the Conference Organising Committee and Dr. Nada Al Yousif, treasurer of BMS and member of the JBMS Board of Editors and the Scientific Committee of the Conference.
The theme of the Conference is, 'Research and Publication are Cornerstones of Health Care Development in the Eastern Mediterranean Region', and aims at promoting Editorship, Authorship and Peer review of medical journals in the Eastern Mediterranean Region, along with enhancement of medical research.
