Tadawul up 6%

The Tadawul gained 6% in the first day of November after losing a total of 25.8% in October, its worst results in five years. The index closed up 6% at 5871, after support came from all sectors especially petrochemicals led by Sabic, which rose by 10%.

A total of 65 listed firms lost 51.6% of their market value in October, with 25 firms losing under 25%. Maraai was the only firm which rose, going up by 2%.

Yesterday all 122 traded shares rose except for three; Malath, which lost 3.5%, Samba down 1.8% and SABB 0.36%.
