"This strategic collaboration will reinforce RHAS and JHCP's common vision to improve the lives of people in Jordan, and we strongly believe that we will be able to achieve this vision by developing effective programs through our 'Healthy Schools Program' aided by JHCP's 'Health Kits' in order to encourage positive health behaviors,"said Mrs. Enaam Barrishi, Director General of RHAS.
On behalf of JHCP, Mrs. Boushra Jaber, Acting Chief of Party of the Jordan Health Communication Partnership Program expressed her appreciation for signing this agreement with the Royal Health Awareness Society (RHAS), and stated that this collaboration has already started several months ago, adding that JHCP looks forward to support the Healthy Schools Program by all possible means to help create healthier environments within schools.
Moreover, Mrs. Wissam Qarqash, Director of Education at JHCP added that this agreement includes providing technical assistance for the use of 'Health Kits' and supplying participating schools with all the information and expertise needed for the planning and implementation of health-related activities.
It is good to note that this collaboration represents the starting point for both organizations to cooperate in several health awareness fields.
