STS PayONE Voucher goes regional and powers Bank of Commerce and Development in Libya

STS, MENA's leading enterprise ePayment solutions provider and system integrator, furnished Bank of Commerce and Development in Libya with an enterprise-level platform for the management and distribution of its electronic voucher service at several point-of-sale terminals located throughout the Libyan retail outlets.

"We have chosen STS's PayONE Voucher as part of our expansion strategy to provide a more flexible, secure, robust, and value added services to our customers," reported the General Manager of EPL House, the service provider of the electronic services for the Bank of Commerce and Development. "STS was selected for being the ideal partner for achieving our mission of providing a customer-focused, multi-channel, secure, scalable enterprise solution that will allow Bank of Commerce and Development achieve its expansion goals, and uniquely initiate this kind of services to the Libyan market" added EPL House General Manager.

PayONE Voucher integrates Bank of Commerce and Development with its retailers and outlets in the voucher dispensing and management processes, providing "online" and "offline" electronic recharging and payment functionality for prepaid and postpaid services. PayONE Voucher Back office provides full cash/balance management, settlement & clearing, flexible fees & price/campaign management, Fraud prevention, Security & encryption management, PIN Storage Management, and integrates to legacy ERP systems for accounting purposes among many other administrative features.

With PayONE Voucher, Bank of Commerce and Development can support multiple service delivery channels including dial-up, GSM and IP EFT POS terminals deployed at shops and outlets, as well as ATMS's & kiosks, IVR and SMS. It provides management and dispensing capabilities for the GSM prepaid airtime, with the ability to add more services and access channels to achieve higher customer satisfaction and fulfill expansion goals.
