Dr. Hamdallah holds a PHD Degree in linguistics from UK.
He is the President of Al-Najah University of Nablus since 1998 and is very active
locally, regionally and internationally.
Dr. Hamdallah was also Chairman of PSE Board of Directors from 2003-2006.
