Coldwell Banker named 'number one real estate franchise'

This is the ninth year running that the premier brand has topped the Franchise Times Top 200, a prestigious index considered to be a franchise industry measuring stick.

The Top 200 is determined after months of compiling sales and unit count data from over 1,000 companies ranging from multinational household names to lesser known franchisors. Coldwell Banker was awarded the number 1 spot in the real estate sector based on it having the best worldwide sales performance. Coldwell Banker also landed in 12th place in a list of the world's biggest and best franchises covering all sectors which included household names like McDonalds, Hilton, and RadioShack.
