The UAE Prime Minister Office (PMO) strives to enhance the productivity of UAE governmental and corporate entities through achieving a set of strategic and operational objectives. In order to monitor the performance and success of these objectives, the PMO required a performance management solution. This project was awarded to ITWorx, in partnership with Microsoft, Online Modern Solutions (OMS), and CalSoft. The project was completed and tested in time to be officially launched during Gitex.
The ITWorx solution generates analytical reports showing actual and target values of key performance indicators and objectives for the PMO, storing the data and reducing query times for users of the generated reports. It is also the world's first Government Performance Management System to be delivered in the Arabic language.
Wael Amin, CEO and founder of ITWorx, says of the project:
