Customer Communications Management (CCM) is a set of activities that includes everything from billing to direct mail marketing, e-marketing, electronic bill presentment and payment to customer call centre operations. In order to achieve total communications intelligence, these activities must be integrated with the business processes they connect with, no matter how disparate they may seem.

CCM solutions span from database to delivery, enabling the improvement of profitability, the increase of effectiveness and the strengthening of customer relationships.

In order to help telecoms operators in the Middle East create relevant and efficient customer communications, Pitney Bowes Group 1 Software will be introducing the new EngageOne Interactive Communications solution at the show.

EngageOne Interactive enables business users to easily create, deliver, and manage real-time personalised, interactive customer communications, such as correspondence, new business applications and negotiated documents, across the enterprise.

John Southcombe, Regional Sales Director - Middle East, Pitney Bowes Group 1 Software, comments:
"In a recently deregulated telecoms market (Bahrain, Jordan, UAE, Qatar), it is vital that telecoms providers react quickly and effectively to the individual customer's needs. Our new EngageOne Interactive solution gives enterprises the ability to deliver this important customer service requirement whilst providing the front-office user with the ability to tailor the communications to the specific needs of the customer interaction. This is what successful customer retention is all about and Customer Communications Management is an integral part of this. The Telecom World event in Dubai is a great opportunity to hear more about how, with the right partner, implementing an integrated CCM strategy can really make a difference to telecommunication organisations."
