Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors, exclusive importer of BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce in Saudi Arabia, not only led this year's programme with the largest contingent of graduates a total of five, but also with the top scoring executive on the course. This achievement highlights the unwavering commitment to premium customer service by every team member at Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors.

Receiving their sales certification for BMW were Tarik Alghossin, and Hussain Abdullah. They were joined by Raslan Kanfash, Osama Usfoor, and Fadi Al Matarneh, now Certified BMW Premium Selection Sales Executives.

The one-year programme includes six intensive training courses, covering selling skills, product knowledge and brand behaviour. Successful graduates are rewarded with the title of Certified BMW, MINI or Premium Selection Sales Executive.

"We are continuously striving to provide the ultimate in premium customer service, in line with the premium nature of the BMW brand. The Sales Certification programme ensures that each sales executive is comprehensively trained in all aspects of the brand to unify product knowledge with our premium values, while delivering the highest level of customer service across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,"
said Anees Abdul Jaleel Jamjoom, Managing Director of Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors.

At the end of each course, participants are tested on the material taken with an expected passing grade of 70%. After completing the initial courses additional modules can be taken to develop skill sets further such as Advanced Selling Skills and Advanced Prospecting.

"The long-term training initiative ensures that our sales executives are equipped with the right skills to best represent our brands and deliver excellent results. Our approach to delivering and maintaining a premium level of customer service underscores Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motor's approach to constantly raising the bar in the premium luxury automotive sector in the Kingdom," added Mr Jamjoom.

Initiated in 2002, the Middle East was the first market to implement the BMW Sales Certification programme. So far 24 sales executives from Mohammed Yousuf Naghi Motors have graduated since the start of the programme with constant monitoring and assessments continuing well after the training to guarantee that all skills learnt are put into practice on the 'floor.'
