Oasis granted ISO 9001:2000 certificate

After it has verified Oasis conformance to the ISO standards, TUV - Austria, the well known ISO standardization organization, has granted Oasis the ISO certificate. The auditing process included all the relevant departments within the firm and their satisfaction to the certificate requirements.

Mr. Moutaz Abu-Rumman, the General Manager of Oasis, said:

"The use of quality management systems to increase productivity and to consolidate clients' satisfaction is considered the basis of success for modern organizations, and as we get this certificate we stress the fact that our methodology in developing business is through paying attention to the element of quality. Personal computers made in Jordan are of high caliber that would offer what is usually offered by internationally-recognized brands."

About the added value of the ISO 9001:2000 certificate, Mr. Ramzi Ghanem, Oasis quality assurance representative, said, "Implementing the quality management system aided us to adopt the concept of continuous improvement, and helped our organization to move forward toward realizing it's vision (to become the largest IT supplier in the region and to have our services exceeding clients expectations).
