Physique Weekend 2008 is being held under the auspices of Physique Magazine, Middle East's most trusted fitness and bodybuilding magazine.
On the first day of the event, participants - representing the fitness and bodybuilding industry in the UAE and the Middle East - will have an opportunity to be involved in a question and answer session with Jay Cutler, besides being able to pose with him for photographs. On the second day, Cutler will give a comprehensive lecture on fitness and health, covering everything from nutrition and supplementation to training and bodybuilding. Moreover, the seminar will provide insider tips and usable guidelines in a step-by-step approach, from general fitness to hardcore bodybuilding tactics.
Registration for the seminar begins at 4pm on November 7, 2008, at the Sheraton Creek Tower Hotel.
