HR and Training Managers and other parties involved in the development of UAE Nationals in the workforce were informed of the various public and private initiatives related to their activities during the workshop held on November 5, 2008 at the Terrace Hall of the Hilton Hotel in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Presentations were made on TI2's own National development efforts, the LEAD leadership program, and Tawteen's private and public initiatives. Participants later on joined productive discussions on priorities and challenges faced by organizations nationwide.
