Chef Karl will oversee all the processes and products of the hotel's pastry section. He arrived in Doha from his previous years of tenure at the Instituto Culinario de Veracruz in Mexico. Chef Karl has also been a part of the award-winning culinary institutions and hotels in Europe, Asia, and America.
Passionately pursuing his career path, he traveled and worked all around the globe. A master's degree holder in Culinary Arts from Linz, Chef Karl specializes in Sugar and Chocolate Arts.
