Burgan Bank launches state of the art website

The new interface provides customers a more convenient platform to obtain information about the Bank and its services.

"We have upgraded the Burgan Bank website to offer more convenience and interactivity", says the Bank's Chief Marketing Officer Fadi Matar. "Our website has been upgraded to ensure that our existing and potential customers are continuously aware of our extensive range of products and services as well as our latest offerings. The design and layout have also been developed in line with our new brand identity and provide a totally different online experience".

Some of the enhanced features of the new Burgan Bank website include the User friendly navigation to obtain information on all products and services. This is organized and updated into a logical structure with user friendly navigation which ensures ease of use whilst browsing the site. Additionally, the online information request tool collects feedback and suggestions where information, inquiries and feedback are obtained from site visitors and then disseminated to the relevant people in the Bank for action.

The new website also routes customers to Burgan's Online Banking platform which allows customers to perform most of their banking transactions online. This includes fund transfers, balance inquiry, credit card payment and much more.
