The delegation offered strategic insights and value propositions concerning the future approach of Dubai Maritime City based on evolving dynamics of the global industry and the expected market developments. Also incorporated in the discussions was a session focusing on critical analysis of Dubai Maritime City following a comprehensive presentation of the entire project and its different components.

Dubai Maritime City also announced that it will have an ongoing relationship with the industry and members of the panel. A follow-up meeting is scheduled for next year. Drayton - Chairman of Baltic Exchange, Peter Swift - Managing Director of Intertanko, Roger Holt - Managing Director of INTERCARGO, Philip Embiricos - President of BIMCO, Roberto Giorgi - President of Vship, Bill Oneil - Ex Secretary General of the International Maritime Organisation, Matt Flynn - President of Flynn Consulting, Ken Soerensen - CEO of United Arab Shipping Company, and Amna Al Jallaf - Partner of Ince and Co.
On completion Dubai Maritime City will comprise six different components: Harbour Offices, Harbour Residences, Maritime Centre, Marina District, Industrial Quarter and Dubai Maritime City Campus. Dubai Maritime City offers a wide range of business incentives and has been developed in accordance with stringent technical and environmental standards, requiring all developers to obtain green building certification for all projects.
