'Special Judges Award for the Best Concierge Team 2008' goes to Al Murooj Rotana Dubai

The Concierge team of five-star Al Murooj Rotana Dubai has proudly proved it by bagging 'Special Judges Award for the Best Concierge Team 2008' at the annual 'Concierge of the Year Awards 2008'

Organised by Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing and held for the 7th consequent year, the 2008 awards have seen Concierge teams of 48 Dubai's five-star hotels competing with each other. The challenging selection process lasted during six months and included three rounds filled with various quizzes, presentations and tests.

Commenting on this outstanding achievement, Mr. Hussein Hachem, General Manager of Al Murooj Rotana Dubai said:

'I am very proud of our Concierge team being named amongst the best in Dubai. This prestigious accolade is an excellent recognition of their team work, knowledge and professionalism, and is the first one received in the 'Concierge of the Year' awards since hotel's opening. The 'Special Judges Award for the Best Concierge Team 2008' is the third award received by Al Murooj Rotana Dubai in 2008. Earlier this year, the property has won Golden award in the 'Best Conference / Convention Hotel' category at MENA Awards 2008 and was also voted 'Dubai Leading Meeting Hotel' during World Travel Awards 2008.
