Abu Dhabi Capital plans ready

Plans for Abu Dhabi's Capital District, Khalifa 'C' will be ready in a month's time according to the Urban Planning Council's General Manager HE Falah Mohd Al Ahbabi. The designs need to be finalised with the Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority and the education council but will be announced in December. Between 80% and 905 of the construction will be undertaken by the private sector.
