Recent enhancements to Qatar Telecom's Hala pay-as-you-talk service gives customers an extended validity period and bonus talk-time whenever they buy Hala cards or e-vouchers worth QR50 and above. Customers using the direct top-up option will also receive up to 15% extra credit. The new starter pack offer, available until the end of the year, costs QR50, is valid up to 150 days and includes QR25 talk time.
