The new SIM card will help you in receiving the latest news, subscribing to Mozaic alerts, conducting a bill inquiry or initiating calls straight from the SIM's mini-directory.
You can also select your preferred language in either Arabic or English. The Services Menu will consist of selected Postpaid and Hala Prepaid services among other things such as Qtel's customer care speed dial, today's news, Mozaic alerts, important numbers and even your PUK Retrieval number.
You can purchase the new SIM Tool Kit from any of Qtel shops and simply insert into your mobile. The SIM card's Services Menu will be displayed as "Qtel" either in the Applications, Tools, Entertainment or Service folder of your mobile phone.
Adel Al Mutawa, Executive Director of Group Communications in Qtel said,
