Dubai Airport Free Zone pledges enhanced services and improved customer experience to tenants

Speaking before a packed audience of legal and financial consultants, commercial attaches of various embassies and consulates and other business partners, Al Madani said: "The fast-paced growth of Dubai has formidably helped our business to achieve fantastic results and it continues to do so. Mr. Jamal Bin Marghoob, Dubai Airport Free Zone's Deputy Director of Sales, presented the fourth expansion plan which is expected to be completed this year with 100,000 square metres of total leasable area that could accommodate 900 companies.

Explaining the benefits of setting up an office at the Free Zone, Mr. Marghoob said: "Dubai Airport Free Zone offers 100% corporate tax exemption, 100% import and export tax exemption and 100% income tax exemption."

He added that Dubai Airport Free Zone has implemented the Oracle programme to make it easier for investors and added more incentives for those setting up offices at the zone.

Apart from tax incentives, Mr. Marghoob said investment incentives included 100% foreign company ownership, 100% repatriation of capital and profits, no customs duty and no currency restrictions.
