With new SMB specific product offerings, Avaya is constantly expanding its portfolio in the regions burgeoning SMB sector. Some of the Avaya's regional SMB customers include Halcrow, Danzas, and Ali and sons, just to name a few.
According to Matthew Ball, analyst, Canalys, UC can potentially save small businesses significant costs and dramatically raise their productivity.
