Sherwoods appoints new Head of Projects

A property industry veteran, Mayhew-Sanders formerly worked at Allsops LLP, England, for the last 19 years and was the partner in charge of Development Land and New Homes. He has extensive knowledge and experience within all aspects of the property market and over the years has dealt with a wide range of international developers and builders.

A member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors for over 15 years, Mayhew-Sanders has also been responsible for numerous sales and marketing campaigns on both a UK and international level.

In his new role as Head of Projects, Mayhew-Sanders will continue to build on the strong relationship Sherwoods has with a wide range of developers as well as seeking to form relationships with new developers building and selling in the UAE. "Now, more than ever, is the time to be working closely with developers. An honest and open relationship will lead to a successful business alliance. I am excited about my new role at Sherwoods; I look forward to the challenges and opportunities it will present," said Mayhew-Sanders.
