Dr. Mashabi said.
The development of the SIC sewage treatment plant aligns itself with the regional developer's aims of ensuing sustainable development by way of implementing environmentally considerate measures such as in the provision of alternative eco-friendly infrastructural and energy services, in accordance with the highest environmental measures adopted world-wide.
Under the highly reputed agreement, SEPTECH's scope of works include both development and post-development maintenance of the SIC sewage plant, encompassing all design, construction, management and maintenance phases.
The SIC project is touted as Sharjah's largest master-planned, mixed-use development, aimed at centralizing and consequently fortifying the Emirate's commercial activity, through the provision of an area spanning 32 million ft² of prime commercial, industrial and residential space.
