This goal was achieved through a series of challenging yet exciting group activities, geared towards upgrading customer-handling skills.
The one-day event comprised four activities focused on Greeting, Product Presentation, Negotiation and Closing, and finally Vehicle Delivery, Which were performed in front of number of judges.
The first of these exercises was aimed at enhancing the sales members capabilities of customer apprehension, while the second and others were more geared towards addressing prospects, needs, & wants, and reinforcing prospects' confidence respectively.
Each sales executive role-played scenes where customers interact with them.
Mr Mamoun Al-Nabelsi, the Sales Consultant was announced as the winning sales executive and they received a golden medal and a financial reward as the grand prize.
CEO of BSTC, Mr. Imad Bustami said,
