ITWorx powers His Highness Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum's award-winning official website

It was chosen as a leading example of how governments, corporations, and other institutions can use multimedia content to create effective websites for citizens and Internet users.

The website was developed by ITWorx, one of the Middle East's leading software professional services providers, in conjunction with technology partner Vignette.

The Dubai Media Office, which manages the personal website of Sheikh Mohammad, contracted ITWorx after identifying the need to re-vamp the website to communicate His Highness' vision of a modern UAE, backed by a solid heritage of civilization.

The project was a complete website re-creation, and is based on a robust ITWorx content management system using the latest Vignette technology (V7); adding new information repositories and an attractive user interface.

Up-to-the-minute video footage, video archives, photo libraries, and rich Internet content highlighting the Emirate of Dubai and His Highness Sheikh Mohammad's many interests and activities, are available to the public through the website.
