The workshop took place over a period of three days and was attended by DNRD head quarter staff and external offices.

Khalifa Belqoba, Assistant Director of DNRD External Centers, said:
"It is a top priority for the DNRD to continually provide workshops and on-going trainings for its employees. Through learning valuable new skills, employees are given the opportunity to expand their capabilities that will consequently enhance the quality of services offered to the public."

The workshop dealt with the basic information regarding body language. The employees were introduced to techniques that analyze responses during questioning, body movements during integration, observe behavior that seemed suspicious, and knowing how to interact with customers in a comfortable manner.

This workshop was well attended and is one of many training opportunities for the employees. DNRD is committed to expediting services and enhancing customer care, and with this 'Body Language' Workshop it is step closer to accomplishing tailor made services.
