ETA Star's Liberty House is all set to welcome its first residents next month

ETA Star, a leading property developer in the UAE, announced today that Liberty House, the office and residential tower in the heart of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), is in the final stages of being ready for occupation.

The first set of tenants and residents are expected to move in to Liberty House by the end of December 2008.

The property developer will soon start the process of handing over the keys to the owners of the residences.

A premier freehold office and residential development, Liberty House is situated on the DIFC's main thoroughfare, Gate Drive.

The 41-storey offers a full range of select Freehold residential accommodation, with apartment types including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, one-bedroom duplex and two-bedroom duplex.

The flexible, high quality, freehold office accommodation provides for offices from 900 to 24,000 square feet.

Liberty House will also boast of the finest Club House, Retail and Dining options for its residents.
