Sue Rothwell, Group Event Director at Fairs & Exhibitions, says that the ability to register for the event via the exhibition websites offers multiple advantages.
"Visitors to Gulf Pack and Gulf Print who have pre-registered their details online will find arrival at the exhibition quick and easy. Also, by telling us about their particular interests we are able to provide pre-event information that is customised to suit their particular requirements as visitors."she said.
Visitor marketing is being focused on the printing, packaging, retail, logistics and food & beverage sectors across the Middle East.
Fairs & Exhibitions are using email and SMS campaigns to keep audiences up to date with information such as new exhibitors coming on board, planned product demonstrations and announcements and conference programme updates.
The 2009 edition of Gulf Pack and Gulf Print will include several new features including the Thought Leadership Conference, featuring industry experts from the global printing and packaging industries.
Show visitors can register to attend the Thought Leadership Conference when completing their online visitor registration.
Sales of floor space for both Gulf Print and Gulf Pack have already exceeded that of the last exhibition in 2007 with companies including Xerox, Canon, Heidelberg and Crown Bevcan having already confirmed their attendance.
Gulf Pack and Gulf Print will run side-by-side at the Dubai Airport Expo Centre from April 6 - 9, 2009.
