The prizes extend beyond Skywards Miles and customers have the option of choosing from a range of attractive prizes which include 42 inch plasma TV, Mont Blanc Pens and much more, depending upon the amount invested.

The 100,000 Skywards Miles Program provides customers with the opportunity to avail two valuable banking products, Citigold and the Citibank Ultimate Credit Card, along with 100,000 Skywards Miles.

With these Skywards Miles, customers can fly Business Class to Paris, Venice, Seychelles, or other exciting destinations, or even as far New York or Sydney on Economy Class.

Citigold and Ultimate Card customers can avail the following benefits:

•Unlimited Skywards Miles on everyday Credit Card purchases
•Free Gold Visa Debit Card
•Up to 5 Free Supplementary Cards
•Access to more than 500 airport lounges worldwide with Free Priority Pass Membership along with the Citibank Ultimate Credit Card
•Special offers and discounts at over 40,000 outlets worldwide with Citibank World Privileges
•Dedicated Relationship Manager

Citigold is focused on providing its customers with personalized and comprehensive financial planning solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

The offering is for individuals with a minimum portfolio value of USD 100,000 whereby Citigold customers are provided with wealth management products to preserve and potentially grow their wealth.

"As the financial industry experiences rapid changes globally, we realize the importance of supporting our customers in these special times and keeping the focus on their evolving needs."
said Ashish Bhugra, Country Business Manager for Citibank's Consumer Banking business in Bahrain.

"The 100,000-Mile campaign comes loaded with instant tangible benefits as well as long-term benefits and relationship value. The strategic alliance between Citibank and Emirates airlines also ensures that our customers are always enjoying the best-in-market travel rewards."

The Emirates-Citibank Co-branded Ultimate Credit Cards reward customers with Skywards Miles every time customers spend on the Card.

Customers can earn Skywards Miles on every Bahraini Dinar spent on the Ultimate card.

Miles can be exchanged for free flights, flight upgrades, other travel privileges or inspirational shopping at the Emirates High Street.

On average, a typical Emirates-Citibank Credit Cardholder earns enough miles on the card every year in exchange for a free flight according to Citibank statistics, while customers find using the Emirates-Citibank card 400% more useful as compared to an average card in the market according to Visa International statistics.

"This is the first time that there is a 100, 000 Skywards mile offer on banking products", said William Keliehor, Credit Cards Division Head for MEA and Pakistan.

"The true power of the Emirates- Citibank Co-branded card is in rewarding the customer for everyday spending on the card."

Citi has been in the Middle East for nearly 50 years and currently offers consumer-banking services in the UAE, Bahrain and Egypt.

In Bahrain alone, Citibank, the consumer banking arm of Citi, has had a presence for the past 19 years and is expanding its major operations within the country.

The bank is currently a major player in the Bahrain's credit card market and a leading provider of banking, Wealth Management and Consumer credit services.
