- United Arab Emirates: Sunday, January 26 - 2003 at 14:07
- PRESS RELEASE
Visitors from around the Gulf region travelling to Oman for the Muscat Festival can take advantage of attractive Hertz car rental offers and wider vehicle choices.
"The Muscat Festival has an enormous amount to offer visitors from around the region and we decided to help boost the event's appeal by adding an offer virtually unbeatable in terms of value for money," said a senior spokesperson for Hertz.
"Our branch at Seeb International Airport, which operates 24 hours a day, has always been our busiest one," he said. "It is even busier now with thousands of tourists pouring in Muscat for the Festival, and we decided we need to focus our attention there," he said.
Meanwhile National Travel & Tourism, the Hertz franchisee in Oman, which has two other car rental branches in Wattayeh, and in Muscat, has added to its fleet a range of new 2003 models including the Toyota Camry, and Ford Mondeo. All cars are fully insured and come with a collision damage waiver, to guarantee customers are not financially liable in case of any accident.
