Conference on cancer and diabetes in Qatar

A two-day symposium focusing on cancer and diabetes treatments begins on Sunday at the Sharq Village and Spa, Doha. The conference, BioQatar 2008, is organised by Qatar Foundation Research Division and Qatar Science and Technology Park (QSTP) to attract biomedical ventures in Qatar. The symposium aims at providing an understanding of Qatar's strategy, infrastructure and support for commercialising cancer and diabetes technologies.
