Italian real estate team looks at DAMAC Properties opportunities

A high-level delegation from the real estate industry in Italy have paid a visit to DAMAC Properties Dubai - ahead of the company's launch of new offices in Milan.

The visit was organised by the Milan Chamber of Commerce (Real Estate Exchange) and was designed to give members an insight into the UAE property market and opportunities for end users and investors.

The visiting team praised DAMAC Properties' reputation and vision, highlighting its iconic architecture and the unparalleled investment opportunities offered by its developments.

For DAMAC Properties, the meeting was also a chance to showcase the developments and opportunities that exist within the UAE market and to reinforce the strong reputation that the company has.

The company has already identified the opportunity to expand its customer base in Italy and will open a new sales centre in Milan later this month/has recently opened a sales centre in Milan.

The recent visit to Dubai comprised representatives from developers, institution of engineers and media personnel from the real estate sector in Italy.

The visitors were impressed at the magnitude of property developments under way in the UAE and the region as a whole.

Margherita Corsi, representative and person responsible for Milan Chamber of Commerce (Real Estate Exchange), said:
"We were very grateful for the time that staff from DAMAC Properties were able to spend with us and demonstrate the stable investment opportunities that exist in the UAE market place - particularly in the current global market situation. We were very impressed with the remarkable range of projects that DAMAC Properties has underway across the entire Middle East and the investment potential that exists there."


"We are very much hoping that this will be the start of a long term relationship between DAMAC and Italy."

The Italian delegation representatives also praised the UAE government's farsighted policies which have helped the real estate sector achieve its objectives in the competitive regional landscape.
