Michael E. Hansen, Managing Director, OMASCO, says:
"I am delighted to announce the appointement of Jon Wiseman as Honda Oman's National Manager for After Sales. Jon brings with him not only considerable expertise in after sales but also a wealth of experience in the automotive industry in general. It's with great pleasure that we welcome him to the Honda Oman team. He has a track record of success and I know we will benefit from his dynamic approach. We look forward to leveraging his insight in driving our After Sales Division."

The new National Manager for After Sales began his career some 30 years ago in South Africa and since that time has worked extensively in dealerships as well as manufacturer and distributor operations. Immediately prior to joining Honda Oman, Wiseman was in charge of service operations for one of South Africa's largest automotive franchises with
responsiblities as diverse as managing customer service initiatives and formulating company policy.

"I'm very impressed with the Honda team here in Oman and I'm excited to have the opportunity to assist in achieving the company vision of providing our customers with the No.1 service experience. Honda is, of course, renowned for its quality - it's my personal goal not just to meet our customers' expectations in this respect but to exceed them. My priority as National Manager for After Sales will be to develop the customer after sales experience, focusing on an even faster turnaround time with professional service reception. I'm also very keen to install best practice processes and increase the use of technology in the After Sales Division,"
says Wiseman.
