Mazda Service Drive witnesses a huge turnout

The Mazda Service Drive held in Muscat from 8th to 10th of November and in Nizwa, Salalah and Sohar on 11th and 12th November was a thundering success with more than 800 cars driving in for expert check up and guidance.

The service drive is the fourth successful one to have been held by Mazda in the Sultanate, and was conducted in three stages. In the first stage, car owners drove in and registered their concerns. The cars then graduated to the second stage where the Mazda service personnel flown in especially from Japan undertook a thorough mechanical check on the cars. In the third stage, a meticulous analysis was conducted, and customers were given a final diagnosis of their cars.

Based on the advice of the Mazda service experts, customers were then recommended to bring their vehicles back to Mazda workshops for any part changes or services required. Customers that register during the service drive can bring back their vehicles before December 31st, and avail discounts of 50% on parts and 30% on labour, as well avail of other fabulous offers and free services.

"Customer service at Mazda does not end once the car is sold to the customer. We are constantly bettering and upgrading our after sales service. The service drive too, is a means to ensure that our customers are better served and informed even post the sale of the vehicle. Through the service drive, our aim is to provide customers with an extra information and know-how of their vehicles. We also encourage them to maintain their vehicles with our quality service centres,"
