BDO Jawad Habib appoints new director

Adrian is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants having qualified in the UK in 1976. Adrian spent nine years in the Internal Audit Division of Bank of America where he conducted Operational & Financial Audits in 26 Countries covering Asia, Australasia, Europe, Middle East, Africa and the USA.

The audits covered Commercial Banks, Investment Companies, Real Estate Projects, Credit Cards, Administration Units, Military Facilities, Trust Companies, Pre-acquisition audits, Currency Units, Finance Companies, and Offshore havens. He then spent 12 years in Kuwait where he became the General Auditor of a major Bank and later worked as an auditor for the Kuwait Investment Company.

Prior to joining us Adrian has been at Riyad Bank in Saudi Arabia for 7 years where he was a facilitator to the EVP-Finance and then Head of Governance & Compliance in Operations.

Adrian has considerable knowledge of major Fraud Investigations, Bank Audits, Basel II, IFRS, Operational Risk and Internal Controls.
