PCone joins Qtel's network of Premium Partners

Under the terms of the agreement, PCone will offer Qtel services to its customers, including post-paid bill payments, prepaid HALA SIM cards and HALA top-up cards. The store will also support a number of innovative customer campaigns to ensure that visitors get the most from Qtel's broad range of entertainment and communication solutions.
