Fujitsu Siemens Computers gives boost to education initiative in Lebanon

In its latest effort towards demonstrating commitment to the regions educations sector, Fujitsu Siemens Computers has donated a number of its mid-range workstations to the students of the American University of Beirut (AUB).

The CELSIUS M460 workstations will be deployed at the Faculty of Engineering's new Information Research Lab.

As part of an initiative to make the most up-to-date technologies accessible to graduate students preparing to enter the professional world, AUB worked with the region's most noted software and hardware vendors to assist in equipping an advanced computer where students will execute highly innovative final graduation projects. The donation of the Celsius M460 workstations includes a one year software maintenance service boasting regular software updates and round-the-clock support services provided by Fujitsu Siemens Computers' local partner ESRI Lebanon.
