This will be an opportunity for French professionals to present their offers in the light works and handling equipment sectors.

As the Gulf construction and property boom continues, many French construction companies and suppliers are heading to the region to learn more about the exciting opportunities that exist.

Many French companies will take advantage of the Big 5 PMV in November, the region's premier plant, machinery and vehicles event, to meet with important developers and contractors in the Gulf region.

The French pavilion is organized by UBIFRANCE the French Agency for international business development. UBIFRANCE is a key force in the public program for export support.

Compared to previous years when the Agency has been organizing collective participations at Big 5 Show and Big 5 PMV, this year's edition has witnessed a strong increase in demand and participation of the French companies (73 in 2008, 56 in 2007).

The French companies will display their updated technologies and innovations in technology sectors to reinforce professional contacts and provide new business opportunities between France and the U.A.E. in particular and the Middle East region in general.

Given their significant technical know-how, French companies are part of the creativity currently being expressed in Dubai's real-estate. The entire area is a vast building site where original projects are many, and huge. The 'made in France' label is widely appreciated and French industrialists are establishing partnerships in all sectors of Public Works and Construction.

Three groupings will have several companies on their booth: the CGPME (SME confederation) will include about a dozen exhibitors, the Outilex pool will include 8 participants and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the Franche-Comté region will have 5 companies.

The products on display at both trade fairs will be highly diverse: scaffolding, enclosures, special tiles, paving, sanitary appliances, PVC, tooling, decoration, protective equipment, handling equipment, transport equipment and more.

Catering to the growing interest in French based plant, machinery and construction vehicle companies, the Big 5 PMV will feature a dedicated French pavilion with many high end companies from across the country.

54 companies will show their products and know how at the French pavilion in Big 5 Show. They are between the European leaders in construction, turnkey plants etc… like:

Acelia, Acs Production, Adler, Airwell France Sas, Ariadis, Anadon Armatures, Arma Plus, Association Pierre De Bourgogne, Atlantic/Thermor Pacific, Benex International, Bostik, Carrieres Et Marbreries De Bourgogne, Centaure, CGPME Du Rhone, Chabanne, CRCI Franche Comte, Croma, Dextra, Diages, Dimeco, Directiv Systeme, Edma Ferrari /Profil Tension Systems, Geser Sarl, Groupe Muller, Guillet, Haemmerlin, Horizal, Hydro Calade, Icopal Sas Siplast, Intequedis, Laboronne Citaf, Lahera, Les Pierres Bourguignonnes, Manguin Apicc, Mantion Sas, Marbres Et Dalles De Bourgogne, Nicoll, Novacel, PMS Industrie, Outilex, Riss, Sea, Senideco, Simonin, Sotuma, Tecofi, Terreal, Thirard, Tomecanic Benetiere, Tramvestor France, Tubesca, Ugitech, Yelmini-Artaud Sas.
