The Friday Brunch at Fazaris offers a spread of international cuisine. A cosmopolitan blend of authentic Japanese, Asian, Indian, Arabic and Mediterranean cuisine is prepared at live cooking stations by a team of multicultural chefs. The variety of food also includes a Sushi bar with a selection of exquisitely prepared sushi, maki rolls and temaki; and an impressive seafood station featuring steamed fresh lobster, large green lip mussels and Fine de Claire oysters with Chester bread. A selection of fine cheese and a sumptuous dessert station complement the brunch experience.
