He recently worked in International hotel chains like JW Marriott and in reputable restaurant chains as outlet management positions.
Grimes believes that Nelson's Bar is a product that will easily set the standard of the traditional Victorian Gastro pub in the area.
Where as Steve White has been appointed as Sous Chef for the Nelson's Bar.
Steve worked earlier as Sous Chef at The Hilton Manchester Deansgate right before joining Media Rotana Dubai.
He brings with him a European experience from France, Ireland and UK where he worked in various prestige properties.
White believes that the menu set for Nelson's Bar will reflects the traditional Gastro Cuisine containing the finest quality of the gastro nomical dishes with the highest standards letting the end product speaks by itself.
