Pasquale Bruni launches its latest collection 'C'est Moi'

Following the successful opening of its first concept boutique in the Middle East, acclaimed jewellery house Pasquale Bruni once again stole the limelight with the launch of its latest collection - C'est Moi.

The poolside of Raffles Hotel Dubai was the perfect backdrop for an evening of Italian style and glamour. The main attraction of the event was an elegant fashion show featuring the master jeweller's new offerings - sumptuous jewels featuring smoky and rock crystal quartz, amethysts and diamonds set in pink 18k gold.

Eugenia Bruni, the Creative Director of Pasquale Bruni and designer of C'est Moi, who was in Dubai to grace the occasion, remarked:

C'est Moi is a highly original offering from the 30 year-old jewellery house. The facets of the centre stones appearing in each jewel are unique, created to accentuate the colour and graceful presence of the gem in a setting inspired by a woman's corset with a little diamond pavè bow tie closure.

The rock crystal quartz and amethysts have been designed with a mixed cut - cabochon table with triangular facets. The innovative cut brings out the amethyst's cool hue which is considered the colour of autumn. It enhances the transparency of the rock crystal quartz, calling to mind pools of crystal, clear water.

The smoky quartz has a classic step cut designed to bring out its soft colour while maintaining its transparency. These transparent stones lend a particular fantasy to the glamour pendants, creating visual illusion, akin to a silhouette from a window.

Pasquale Bruni makes available in Dubai a limited edition C'est Moi Glamour line composed of cocktail rings and pendants with a precious morganite center stone in mixed cut, cabochon table with triangular facets. Tiny pearls in the ring setting and pendant chains add shimmer to the morganite version and the interplay of pearls, 18k pink gold and powder pink morganite make it the quintessential feminine glam jewel. Each C'est Moi jewel in morganite has an engraved number in series, rendering each piece truly unique.
