Reusable bag campaign in Oman

The Environment Society of Oman (ESO) has called on all people living in the Sultanate to reuse their plastic bags and say 'no' to new ones. The ESO will be distributing reusable jute bags in the next few months as an alternative to plastic, while some grocers and retailers have already begun voluntary programmes and are providing reusable bags.
